Ludum Dare 34

Posted by FSt-Germain - December 16th, 2015

I recently particpitated in Ludum Dare with a couple of my friends. We made a silly game about a turkey who is fed up with chickens, and wants them dead, so he kills them (obviously) but it's a little more light hearted.

I think the game was a success, it's pretty fun and for a game we rushed out in three days despite being busy, it's decent. You can play here on newgrounds! Irecently started experimenting with webGL exports from unity, so I used that for our ludum dare game, meaning you can play on any browser, and you don't need the unity web player plugin to play.

Anyway so this was kind of wierd, I'm not sure why I'm actually doing this update, but thanks for reading I guess.

nice job
hope one day i can make a game but it will be probably be some crapy thing
but we all start from something i guess
hope you keep your determination

Thanks for the response, I can't believe someone actually read this lol. I hope you make a game soon, and please send it to me, I'd love to play it. All you need is some determination and the ability to watch a bunch of tutorials ;). I can strongly recommend the Unity Engine, but if you want to get a good understanding of programming, Check out Prcoessing.org. It's basically java but simplified for beginners, It's how I got started. Also for game design check out Extra Credits on youtube and watch their game design playlist. Have fun making games and who knows, it might not be crap. :)

Good luck.
