WTF people aren't actually playing!?!?!

Posted by FSt-Germain - December 11th, 2016

I recently (like, a couple minutes ago) released my new game "Room of Doom by the Fire Supplier" for Ludum Dare 37. It currently has 22 views, not bad. except for that I added highscores into the game. I can now see what people are scoring in the game. except, no one has submitted a score! the records remain with me and my sister. It's not even like only the top players can submit, everyone submits, including the people who suck at the game!

If you've played the game, why didn't you submit a score? did it not load? whats going on?

Chill dude not everyone is on the under judgement page at once.

haha. no what i mean is if the game has been viewed 22 times, why aren't there any highscores. Every single player who gets to the end will get to submit a highscore. So what I mean by why aren't people playing, is why aren't people playing to the end. the game takes a couple of seconds, try it for yourself and see.

I'm more just worried that people click on the game and then think it doesn't work, or is soooo bad that they can't finish one run.

and I'd like that feedback. perhaps my original reaction was a little over the top lol.
